Pharmacy Weight Loss Cowling is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Cowling, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide prescription and non-prescription weight management treatments to eligible patients in the United Kingdom.

All prescription weight loss medications require completion of our online medical questionnaire. This information is reviewed by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber before any medication is dispensed.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and cancellation of your order. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. A prescription issued through our service is valid only for dispensing through Pharmacy Weight Loss Cowling unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required.
Your payment is processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your confirmed UK delivery address.
We cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been handed to our courier partner. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, incomplete address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately sealed packaging in accordance with GPhC standards.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been prepared and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons.
Non-prescription items may be returned in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter promptly.
